Yes! Once you purchase the program you have access for life. You can always go back to the videos for a refresher when needed.
What kind of tricks will I learn in this program?
You’ll master the foundations first—rope sizing, posture, timing, and rhythm. Then you'll progress to some of the iconic jump rope moves like the criss cross and side swing. From there we'll take your flow to the next step and start adding in over 10 beginner footwork moves. You'll go from a beginner to a jump rope pro, in no time.
